STRUCTURE OF EB TEAM 25.26

EB responsibility:
  • Creation and implementation of an LC and department strategies;
  • Enabling the goal achievement of AIESEC in Ekaterinburg for the term period;
  • Participation in EB Meetings;
  • Work with managers and team leaders, both in terms of functional and personal development;
  • Engagement in recruitments;
  • Provision of education to members of LC Ekaterinburg;
  • Ekaterinburg culture development and conveying to LC members;
  • Preparation and realization of transition to successors;
  • Participation in all national conferences;
  • Help in organizing local conferences;
  • Report at the end of the year report to LC;
  • Communicate with other LCs in AiR, other entities, and AiR MC team;
  • AIESEC in Ekaterinburg external and internal positioning

MARKETING

  3. Describe value preposition of each product: RV, oGTa, oGTe and oGV.
  4. How do you plan to combine the promotion of all the products during the term? Talk at least 3 VP MKT from other LCs and make conclusions.
  5. Make SWOT analysis of MKT 23.24 (1 and 2 peaks) and 24.25 (1 peak).

OUTGOING RUSSIAN VOLUNTEER

  2. Create an analytics report of 24.25 term on customer flow: conversions, process times, GCP and BCP of funnels.
  3. Collect feedback from 15 customers who went through different stages: withdrawns of su, withdrawns of apply, withdrawns of accept. Identify the main outputs for each stage of the funnel and how customers lived the experience.
  4. Make a strategy for working on the #CR YDP-ELD. How to interact with iRVs and interns to achieve a high conversion rate?
  5. Create a departmental strategy: what do you see as the structure of oRV do you see? What is your plan of ECD for 25.26 term?

INCOMING RUSSIAN VOLUNTEER

  2. Create a strategy for working on the CR YDP-ELD. Highlight in the strategy at least 3 areas of work to achieve #CR YDP-ELD 30%.
  3. Which project would you like to have in your term and why? Describe their relevance for the city and our direct stakeholders. Create business-model and budget for one of them in Summer Peak. Use template here.
  4. Make a SWOT analysis of the department over the last 3 terms. Analyze the team structure, RR, %PP dynamics, NPS with next steps in your term.
  5. Conduct the first stage of your target audience research: make conclusions based on 50-100 responses from young people.

FINANCE

  2. Perform analytics of the 24.25 term. Be sure to include budget (plan/fact), products stability, and cash inflow/outflow. What are peaks of incomes and outcomes in all products in term? What are the main expenses of the LC? What trends do you see? What do you want to change and how will you do it?

TALENT MANAGEMENT

  2. What are the main features of current generation? What profiles of members we had in 23.24 and 24.25 terms (in each recruitment), which profiles stay in LC and continue their experience? How will you adapt MXP product and standards of our work to this generation so we can achieve higher results and ensure LC members well-being?
  3. Create MXP roadmap for TLs, Managers, Members and CC teams experience in LC Ekb. Use Gant diagram template for this task.
  4. Analyze 23/24 and 24/25 terms, determine the top 3 strengths (what is worth continuing) and the top 3 bottlenecks (what needs to be changed/solved) according to the following criteria: MATG, Recruitment, MX, RR, membership, leadership.
  5. What can we learn from other LCs in Russia that run TM? Talk at least 3 VP TM from other LCs and make conclusions.

OUTGOING GLOBAL VOLUNTEER

  1. Why should every young person live through the experience of a GV internship? Mention GV value proposition and how it's currently relevant to Russians?
